Return & Refund Policy

At SL Phone Hub, we ensure all devices (iPhone 16 series and others) meet premium standards.

1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the device must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original unopened packaging.

2. Refunds

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3-5 business days.

3. WhatsApp Orders

For orders placed via WhatsApp, please retain your digital receipt/screenshot for any return claims.
