A project begins after the initial deposit is received. Once design or development work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the work at a specific milestone, we offer revisions to meet your expectations. Refunds for completed milestones are generally not provided.
Clients may cancel a project at any time. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed, and the remaining balance will be waived.
